Fish and Gogga recipies????

Anyone who is a boffen with fish, I'm looking for nice recipies to make different kind of fish and also sea goggas (calamari, prawns ect.)

ek vat omtrent 4pakkies seafood mix
1 pakkie vars mushrooms
1 rooi pepper
1 green pepper
1 geel pepper
1 blikkie cream mushrooms
1 blikkie mushroom sop
1 houer room

Jy kook n pot met water, as die water kook gooi jy die seekos by as dit weer begin kook is die seekos reg.
sny die peppers in repies
sny die mushrooms
en braai dit alles saam tot gaar, voeg die mushroomsop, creamed mushrooms en room saam. As die seekos reg is voeg dit by en laat "prit" op n lae plaat vir verdere 10-15 min. ek sit soya sous, pepper en sout by na smaak.
bedien warm op rys

Mossel sop:
mossels
ui
botter (regte botter nie marg)
mushrooms
bacon
kaas
room
wit uie sop poeier
melk
swart peper
kruie(mix herb)
aromat
garlic

braai bacon, uie, mushrooms, garlic in botter.
meng kruie, peper, aromat, melk, room en sop poeier en voeg by gebraaide bacon en kook vir 15- 20 min. rasper 2 hande vol kaas by, voeg mossels by en kook vir verdere 1-7 min. bedien warm met vars brood.
ek los altyd so 8-12 mossels in die skulp ( die res haal ek uit die skulp) dit lyk net mooier.
(all die bastandele is na gedagte, hang af hoeveel mense gaan eet.)

Vis Vinger gereg:

Vat n langwerpige oondbak en smeer met botter.
kook rys
braai 2 uie gekap, voeg daarby kerrie poeier, fish spice, aromat en swart peper.
maak n witsous

smeer die rys onder in die bak en smeer die gebraaide uie bo-oor die rys en dan pak jy die visvingers, gooi die witsous oor en rasper kaas bo-oor.
Bak vir 30 min teen 160.

baie lekker netso of saam met slaai

Deep fried king Prawns:

season the prawns with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
heat the cooking oil(10cm deepfryer or 5cm pan) ) drop 4 prawns at a time into the oil for 1-2 min. place cooked prawns in a casserole dish preheated at 100 until ready to serve

serve on a bed of rice

Rice:
1 red pepper cut into strip
1 yellow pepper cut into strips
1 green pepper cut into strips
chopped tomatoes
veg stock
rice( I use pre cooked)
simmer everything
*the rice must be moist
