Lower back pain

Post by DJMommy on Sat 31 Jan 2009 - 12:10

Hi girls

I am only 3 dpo but since yesterday I have had terrible lower back pain. I know it is too early for implantation, but I have no idea why my back is sore. I havent slept funny and sat awkwardly.

Any ideas?

Hi Eve

I also always suffer from lower backpain at +- 2/3 dpo. This used to bother me a lot. so I google'd Lower backpain and what I read was very interesting. You see, I use Clomid to ovulate and they actualy found that there is a relation between clomid and lower backpain. Did you know that after ovulation, your body releases a hormone (and the use of clomid increases the release)that lets the muscles relax in your lower abdomen in order to prepare the body for pregancy. When this happens, the muscle does not support the lower back like it use to....... hense the lower backpain

Hope this helps.........

Also in my 2ww with the same lower backpain

Thanks Boo! I've never had back pain with my other IUI's before. Very interesting!
