Sterimar helps alot.
try not to use iliadin too much, it helps for the moment, but over use tends to further congest and cause a post nasal drip....well with our experience.

and if its really unbearble, coryx works very well for us.

Coryx works very well. Gave it to Luhan last week and it worked better than Iliadin.

Illiandin works well, but you can only use it for 5 days in a row, then you have to take a break. What we've discovered that works even better is Locabiotal. What we usually do is spray Sterimar or saline, babyvac and then spray Illiadin/Locabiotal.

Scotts looks horrible (yes, it's supposed to be so thick), but it works quite well. I only give my kids 5ml in the evenings and only weekdays.

Hahaha, nah, probably just coincidence. Can be this time of year as well, lots of pollen floating around.

You can get the Locabiotal at any pharmacy (got mine from Clicks), don't need a prescription. It's a spray for the nose and throat. Almost looks like an asthma pump with 2 attachments, one for nose, one for throat.

Zinplex is also good!

O gits, I have no idea, will have to go look for the leaflet at home. I see some websites talk about only from 30 months, though.

I use a saline mix, spray it, turn the vacuum cleaner on, suck the noses using the baby vac, and then spray the Locabiotal. Also remember to minimise intake of dairy, this also causes mucous... Good luck.

My eldest is actually allergic to dairy and sugar according to a well known homeopath in Cape Town, and when I take this away for a while, you can actually see the improvemnet in die snotte LOL. The other 2 children have ordinary allergic rhinitis (hayfever), so I use the baby vac every morning before school and when we get home at about 17h30.
