second weigh in

So after 4 weeks I've lost a total of 6.4kg. these last 2 weeks I excercised and used the vibration machine and only lost 1kg. Alittle disappointed but doc said next 2 weeks should be a little better as you fall into a pattern of loosing more and then less and then more again. still 7kg to go

O and got new shake flavours today. Bought a large vanilla begining of diet and now too small ones cookies and cream, banana and toffeee can't wait to try them

That's great! Might also be the exercise that is "slowing" you down a bit. I was advised to try and wait 4 weeks before I started. But sjoe, well done! Halfway there!

thank you. Jip think I've been overdoing the excercise. been doing 30min vibration a day and about 45 mins taebo.

probeer my bes wil teen einde Sep goal bereik het sodat ons embies kan terugsit. Hopelik gee dit ons 'n groter kans op sukses. Het bietjie nodig dat ietsie goeds hierdie jaar gebeur.

Playgirl, I also used to do that - I would lose a lot one week and then the next week not so much. I think it;s got a lot to do with your hormones and where you are in your cycle. Also if you are exercising you will gain muscle which is good for your metabolism anyway.

Half way there in four weeks is excellent keep it up
