8 week weigh-in

Post by elleznom on Mon 18 Mar 2013 - 13:56

So after 8 weeks on Slender, I am down 12,1kg's in total. Didn't loose as many kg's in this second 4 week session as the first, but that isn't realistic anyway. I did however loose lots of cm's which I am very happy with. (Overall, I think it was something like 12 or 15cm's in total)

So yes, I am back on injections for another 6 weeks and then again Go Moderate for 2 weeks (just like yours Gabby) also back to Simeon B, which I am fine with...

As per their scale, only 11,6kg's to go until my original goal I aimed for, although doc said we will evaluate once we get close, as I have a 4kg range in which I can stabilise, depending on how I look/feel at whichever point, so we can push to the minimum, or stop at the top of the range. I am hoping though, with injections (and this time the added exercise) I will be able to equal the same loss as my first 4 weeks, which means I might not need another round of 6&2.

But, overall, I am happy, doc is happy, so full steam ahead!

Well done Monz!!! You will do it I am sure. Just focus. Think of the money and not having to pay for another 6+2

I went to my doctor yesterday. I have lost 7.5 in total. I lost 1kg on go moderate so I am pretty happy. So I am on stabilisation now. I still bought all the products - shakes plus supplements. In stabilisation, you go down to taking the supplements only once a day so they will last longer. I also got a month-long booster injection yesterday. She says it is a stronger one than the ones I was getting every 2 weeks.

We are off on holiday tomorrow with friends so I am quite worried about gaining weight. It is hard to stick to a diet when you are on holiday let alone when there are people with you.

I suppose there will be a lot of Wimpy lunches with the kids etc so I will just have to try my best to choose healthy meals. Since going on go moderate I have been cheating less because I know I dont have the buffer of the injections... Strange how the mid works. I am more determined not to gain the weight now.

I ended up going 2kgs under my goal and so I am sitting at 63 now. It is so lekker to be able to fit into my old jeans etc. A lot of my clothes are too big now but it feels lekker! No point buying new ones now cos winter is coming.

Keep it up Monz. You will get there. This diet works if you stick to it. So give it stick the next six weeks

Well done Gabby! Enjoy the holiday and don't stress too much, I found with that weekend away with the family, somehow you just cope and "know" you can't mess this up.

Thanks ladies!

I treated myself with a BIG ass slice of cake on Monday after the party as I didn't really have anything then, I first wanted to get the weigh-in over and done with.

I have been sneaking a few "illegal" treats here and there up until now still, so I will just do an apple day (or 2) to even it out. Doc also said, if you feel like you need a boost do an apple day, it's perfectly fine. I actually did that last week with the party(ies) that were lined up for the weekend. I did fruit on Thursday and Friday during the day, with fish and veggies for dinner. And with that I broke through the weight I've been stuck on for more than a week. So it helps when you need it.

Think I am also now on my what should be AF as I am retaining water and just feel like munching everything I shouldn't...
