Tae-Bo

Post by Tanja on Wed 9 May 2012 - 12:23

Who of you ladies have done Tae-Bo and lost weight?
I've got 2 dvd's at home of Billy Banks Tae-Bo. I have done it before for about a month of 2 and didn't really see a difference.
:Anyone??:

Tae-bo and a healthy eating plan - you will definately loose.

When you did it a while ago. How was your eating pattern? Did you look at what you ate or did you just eat whatever you wanted?

I ate very healthy that time. I used herbalife aswell and lost 4kg in one week. Maybe I didn't do the Tae-Bo long enough to see any results.

Yes I lost 4kg that one week when I was on herbalife and did Tae-Bo. Bear in mind the herbalife was a sample kit I tested for that week.

Well 4kg is good for one week. So you did Herbalife and Tae-bo and you lost weight. That is good. It does work if you combine healthy eating and exercise. Give it time

Thanks Adele.
I'm not using herbalife at the moment as their products is a bit too expensive and can't afford it now. So I'm doing it now just by eating healthy and doing exercise.

Tae-Bo is fun! Hard but I enjoyed it. I didn't really loose weight on it, I was just trying to get active.

Tanja do you really want to loose 9kg? You look so small on all your pics?

Hi Mandri - Everyone tells me I don't need to loose 10kg. But I feel very uncomfortable with myself.
Maybe I must just work on the tummy and forget about loosing any kg's and just get into shape. Since Denique's birth I haven't done any exercise really and still sit with the preggie flabbies and baby fat. :Embarassed

10kg might be a bit drastic, remember you have a kiddo and our bodies are never the same again.

I agree, forget about the kg's for now and focus on getting into shape, then the cm's will melt away and you will feel so much better!

Otherwise you can go to Weigh-Less' site - this one works out according to your frame - if you are either small, medium or large
