I don't have any major tips but i've swapped all white carbs (rice, pasta, bread) for brown

Hi BB
Swap your white carbs to brown carbs.
Oats, Bran Flakes.
Tuna, Skinless Chicken and Steamed Hake or Haddock and lots of veggies (mix veggies, green beans, carrots, broccali, cauliflower and spinach etc) is the best for lossing weight.
Best fruit is Granny Smith Apples, Peaches, Plums and Oranges
Green Salad.
Cut out all spices, sugars and fats.

Three years ago my husband went on this diet were he only ate that and he lost 20kg in 3 months. He only used with that the USN Phedra Cut and did a lot of Cardio.

I'm also trying to loss weight now. I have cut all my portions now to half the portions I ate before and try to eat 6 times a day (small portions and every 2 1/2 hours) and doing excersize.
