Hi girls

Im 2 kgs away from my goal weight. Still waiting for my refeed. it has been almost 2 weeks. Problems on the dr's side. I have done this cheat free up to 9 and half months. The night Anneke had her accident I cheated. I Had my meeting about refeed and maintaince and we didnt even make it home. well its over and done now. Got back up and I have to finish this. I will never go back to the way I was. I simply refuse too!! Hang in there ladies!! And Adele's rule about don't cheat not even once - I totally agree with her. it the only way to do this.
