I have not lost but I got a huge fright after my week away ...

SO I got on the scale yesterday - I was not expecting to loose as I was not good, but I really thought I was not too bad. So I was not ready for the extra 2kg on the scale!!!!

I mean it takes me a week of careful eating adn excersize to loose 1kg but 5 days and I can gain 2kg ... see me stomping my feet here.....

but whew luckily I felt better (less bloated) today adn decided to climb on the scale again. and I am back to where I was last week. So no gain for me. the relief I was in teh mood to excersize again as I was beginnign to loose interest.

I picked up 400g. I also read that using progesterone makes it a bit more difficult to loose weight and will make you feel bloated. So I'm just going to go with it and not stress too much!

MO you have done so well I would also not stress. and yes Progesterone does crazy thigns to you also apparently makes you tired?

Oi, Kerry. I experienced the same thing when we got back from Cape Town. Picked up 1,4kg. Not a nice feeling. Luckily you're down again.

Ja MO, just go with it. You know where you are going and what is happening.

I am dead the same as I was last week. But I expected a very small loss or a stand still. So, also not too upset.

I lost 600g this week need to lose that last 1.4kg to reach my first goal, I am so excited. Well done ladies and MO I agree with the ladies you have done extremely well thus far.
