I have lots

Spaghetti bolognaisse, schnitzels with veggies and mash or ovenbaked chips, pork chops, wors en chips of mash en gravy en ertjies, chicken curry, mince curry with rice, pork sausages (with extras), chicken stirfry for me is the quickest and then if I have a bit longer I do the roast chicken in ovenbags - that takes about 1 hour maximum (I add the veggies, potatoes in the roast oven bag too) - one dish.

I'll think of more or you can go to Sarie website to Kos and there they have meals done in 30 minutes (I remember they once had a nice cheeseburger pie (the recipes name is "kom 18h00 tuis - eet 18h30) and you can also buy Sarie Kos every month. There is alot.

I also saw Jamie Oliver's programme on channel 180 - he makes healthy food in 30 minutes.

I like to make this one one on stir fry rice. Well my version of stir fry rice, I fry the rice in soya sauce with corn and peas. Very boring but fast and I do love it

When I don't have any ideas, I make breakfast! Toast, bacon, eggs and sausages and it is done under 20 minutes, as you can do all of it simultaneously. We had it on Wednesday evening... Smiley !

Its amazing how many health meals you can actually make instead of say buying fish and chips.

lol natasja - my stirfry is quicker than that. I once timed myself (yes I am odd). It was 10 minutes

Adele: I say 20 minutes, but that also depends on whether I burn the toast the first time around!! My toasted doesn't pop-up anymore and I burn my toast most times, so your stir-fry win hands down!

haha, at least you have a toaster - in which case mine will be quicker cause I wont need to toast the bread. (I am too lazy to buy a toaster cause I have cut out bread and my husband doesnt really like toast).

What sauce/spice do you use with the stir-fry? I usually fry bacon first (then I make use of the fat from the bacon to fry the rest) and maybe add a little butter as I go. I am not a garlic fan, so just wondering what you use.
