Fitness guru's

Post by Mandri on Tue 7 Feb 2012 - 8:18

We bought pedometers yesterday, but I'm super confused at the moment.

It works out the amount of calories your burn. Now I'm trying to figure out how much kj it is. BUT the one website says 1 calorie = 4.2 kj, other websites says 1 calorie = 0.004184 kj.

Now which one do I use???
