Weigh Less

Post by Mandri on Wed 4 Jan 2012 - 8:30

Yesterday I decided to join Weigh Less as its cheaper than Dr Cohen (which I wanted to do but what if I fall pregnant now???).

I love Weight Watchers but we don't have a group in Ermelo, so opted for the Weigh Less.

Today is day 1 and so far so good. I'm just really surprised at the amount of food I can eat in the first week.

The group leader wants me to loose 1.8kg after the first week and 3.4kg total after two weeks.

This year I'm not giving up. Spent most of last year over weight and miserable and that's done now!!!

Good for you MO!!!!
It is truely a lot of food. Just don't skimp on your food. It also blows my mind that you can loose weight while eating so much.

All the best with your journey!!!! It's worth it.

I haven't gained this week, but also didn't loose. And I must admit I didn't keep to my formula this weekend. But I am back on track again.
I am also doing rebalance again just to kickstart again.

All the best!

If you have Vitality then Weight-Watchers will be a bit cheaper - It is R390.00 for 2 months or R490.00 for 12 + 3 free weeks (so 3 months) and with Vitality you get 30% discount so you pay R350.00 for 15 weeks.

Joing Weight-Watchers yesterday using my Vitality, I had to pay R336.00 for twelve weeks. They said nothing about the 3 free weeks?? Have they cheated me?

Nope, when you pay cash and you are not a vitality member then you get the 3 weeks free but Vitality members only get the 30% discount
