When cooking mince, meat, stew, soup etc - to remove the extra fat, once you are finished cooking, take a bag of frozen veg STILL IN A SEALED BAG or put a few ice cubes in a pick n pay packet and run the packet over the top of the stew, it will make the excess fat hard and stick to the packet... just throw the packet and extra fat away....

oops ok that was a tip - wrong place

I'm following (roughly) the weigh watchers point system, cutting down carbs and not eating after 6 also TRYING to eat more smaller meals instead of three big ones.

Exercise: I'm doing the bikini body workout, when i'm fit enought i'm moving onto Taebo Advanced (i've lost my Taebo I) and on the new you exercise plan. Exercise early in the morning on an empty stomach.

Supplements: Antagolin, multi vitamin, omega 3 and 6 and MIGHT use Phedra Cut when I exercise.

Eating Plan: Weigh-less

Exercise Plan: Gym 3 times per week.

Walk 20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes elliptical
or otherwise 20 minutes elliptical and 10 minutes treadmill

I haven’t started spinning yet but spinning will then be once or twice a week and I will treadmill / elliptical on the days that I don't spin.

Supplements: None - all the vegetables and fruit at the moment is a huge shock for my system so I dont need any supplements

Eating: Overall just healthy, might throw some weigh-less principles into the mix

Eating : Heart foundation & just healthy in general

Exercise : not at the moment,hurt my leg - but should be walking 3 times a week.

Eating - according to a plan I got from the medical spa vivacite

Exercise - 4 times a week - 20 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes wave machine, 10 moniutes steam room and 20 minutes sauna.

Supplements - nurse gives me a homeopathic injection once a week and I also taking phedra cut
