Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 Tbs light soy sauce 2 Tbs oyster sauce 600 g chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced 2 garlic cloves, crushed 3 cups cold, cooked Jasmine rice 4 spring onions, sliced diagonally
2 Tbs KNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 Ttbs peanut oil 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup basil leaves cup spring onion, sliced lengthwards and fried until golden brown

Combine soy sauce, KNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl
Set aside
Heat a wok over high heat
Add 3 tsp oil and half of the chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until browned
Transfer to a plate
Repeat with oil and remaining chicken
Add remaining 2 tsp oil and onion to wok
Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden
Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds
Add egg and rice
Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is well combined with rice
Return chicken to wok
Add soy sauce mixture, basil and green onions
Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until well combined
Spoon into bowls
Sprinkle with deep-fried spring onions and serve

Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta

Ingredients

1 box Knorr Chicken Mate Creamy Mushroom 200 g bacon,
sliced 600 ml hot water 15 ml oil
600 ml hot water
15 ml oil
400 g chicken breast, sliced
1 onion, chopped
250 ml milk

Instructions
1.In a large saucepan, brown the onion, chicken and bacon in oil
2.Add the sachet of seasoning spice blend, 600 ml hot water and 200 ml cold milk
3.Add the uncooked pasta, bring to the boil, stirring occasionally
4.Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 min or until the pasta is cooked
