Orange Pork

4 x pork Chops

30 ml Cake Flour

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

50 ml Cooking oil

350ml dry white wine

150 ml fresh orange juice

2 ml coriander

2 ml Marjoram

125 ml fresh cream


Dash the pork chops with flour and brown on both sides in oil

Pour over the orange juice and wine

Add marjoram and coriander

Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 30 minutes

Pour cream over 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with rice and a fresh green salad.
