Vegetable Bake

Most of you probably know this recipe, I just love it and thought I would share. You can use as much veggies as you want and depends on which veggies you like most, I only add one onion, but will add lots of potatoe and mushrooms and pumpkin and less cauliflower and broccolli....its all about the taste you want and like. Sorry, dont work from cook books, so dont have qauntities etc, I work on texture, smell, taste etc.

Layer your veggies, mix one tub of cream ( 250 ml ) with one packet of white onion soup and throw over your veggies. Cover with foil and leave in pre heated oven of 180 degrees for an hour.

If you dont like your veggies to crisp, just feel it and leave in for few minutes longer, its up to you. If you want it richer then that, you can smother with cheese too. Its filling, so I normally serve it with chicken only...nothing else.
