Mushroom sauce

2 packs sliced white mushrooms
stork culiness/olive oil/butter
white pepper
cheddar cheese
fresh cream

1. pour olive oil, stork culinesse into pan or when using butter add 2 teaspoons. Add 1 teaspoon ginger and let simmer.
2. Add mushrooms, fry lightly.
3. add cheese about 4 5cm blocks, allow to melt.
4. add fresh cream and stir continous.
5. bring to boil and add a pinch of salt and white pepper to taste

Voila ... perfect for burgers, grilled steak or chicken.
