Garlic Bread with difference

I got this on FOOD24 and it awesome.

Ring the changes by using a French loaf. Cut slits into the loaf at 3cm intervals, cut to the base of the loaf, but not right through it. Mix together 50ml soft butter with 50ml basil or sun-dried tomato pesto. Spread a little of the mixture into each slit. Add a slice of Mozzarella cheese to each slit, if desired. Wrap the loaf in aluminium foil and braai on the grid for about 10 minutes on each side.
