Country Cottage Pie

1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic cruched
1 Tablespoon oil
750g Mince
1 Green Pepper, seeded and chopped (het nie gehad nie toe los ek dit uit)
1 Can Chopped tamatoes
1 Tablespoon Corn flour

Salt and pepper to taste

Patato Topping

7 Medium potatoes
150ml Boiling water
185ml Ellis Brown creamer
salt and peper to tast,

Method

Fry onion and garlic and brown mince
Add green pepper, tamatoes, salt and pepper to tast. Cook for 6-10 min
Combine the corn flour with a little water to form a smooth paste and stirr in the mince mix.
Cook until the sause thicken a bit
Place mince mix in a overproof dish and set aside
Boil patatoes until soft, then mach
Add the Ellis Brown creamer in the 150ml water and stir in the mash, add salt and pepper
Place the mash on top of the minxe and bake about 30 min or until light brown.

Het die ui gelos en net garlic gebruik
Het nie 'n green pepper gehad nie so die het ek ook gelos so wel as die tamaties, normaal weg sit ek in alles tamaties.
Ek het ook in die mince 'n bietjie six gun grill spice gesit vir ekstra smaak
Vir die smach het ek 'n bietjie botter en ook 'n teelepel bakpoeier in gesit.

Maar dit het steeds bie lekker gekom.
